Today we were at Kohl's and I found these Scooby Doo pajamas for the boys. They both were grinning from ear to ear and you would have thought we gave them a million dollars. I love that its the simple things in life that can make them happy.

Today I found Ethan in Riley's room and Riley was reading books to him. It was really sweet. I am so thankful that my boys love each other!

I have found myself praying more intently for my boys recently. I found this prayer today.

A Prayer For My Son

I've Caught It

I bet you thought I was going to say I've caught the flu or something... but no, I've caught Spring Fever. It usually doesn't happen this early but I've really been enjoying the warmer weather and being able to get out!! Now don't get me wrong, I'd still love for it to snow. But if its going to snow... I want it to snow BIG!! If I'm not going to get my BIG snow, than I am hoping for warmer days!! Enough of me rambling. Here are some pictures of Riley and Ethan playing outside on Monday.

A snowy day

Today we all had fun playing in the snow. Santa had brought Riley and Ethan some sleds and the boys had so much fun with them.

We went to a nearby hill in our subdivision.

Ethan got cold and he was ready to go home.

When we got back, Riley warmed up with some hot chocolate.

When the boys and I came back from Hendersonville we had a nice day for the kids to play with their new bikes.

Riley and Ethan also love playing with their new easel and the paper and paint that Mimi gave them.

Christmas

Christmas Eve we went over to Tim's grandparents' house. We enjoyed being with family and the kids opened some presents.

 Riley and Ethan loved playing with Aunt Mandi's new puppy.

I wanted to have one good picture of the boys together and this was the best I could get.

At least I got one good family picture.

Christmas Day the boys woke up to see what Santa had brought them.

Riley got his Dragon King Castle that he really wanted.

Ethan got a Mickey Mouse Firehouse that he loves playing with.

Riley also got an Ironman bike and Ethan got a Diego big wheel.

The next morning we headed to Hendersonville to be with my family.

First, we celebrated Christmas with my mom and Charlie.

We also celebrated Christmas with my Dad and Deanna. Riley and Austin got remote control cars.

We stayed the week in Hendersonville. One day we took Riley and Ethan to the local YMCA. The loved getting to swim and slide down the frog!!

Another day we took all the kids to Peek-a-Boo Playtown. The kids could have stayed there all day!

We all had a great Christmas and we are blessed beyond words!
