Riley is playing basketball

This past Saturday was Riley's first basketball game with Upward. He is playing at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church. This is the church I grew up going to when I was young. 

 These are the 5 players on his team. Tim is coaching them and he is doing a wonderful job!

They didn't win their first game but they had a great time!

Carving Pumpkins

While we were visiting Tim's parents, we decided to carve pumpkins.

We all had a great time and I love how our pumpkins turned out!!

Happy 4th Birthday Ethan!!

Friday, October 5th was Ethan's 4th Birthday! Tim took the day off and we headed to the Nashville Zoo.

Riley and Ethan loved playing at the playground there and they could have 

spent the entire day there!

Of course, Ethan's favorite animal was the elephant!

 We all enjoyed our day at the zoo and we are looking forward to going back more often now that we have season passes to the zoo.

After our day at the zoo, we head to East Tennessee for the weekend. We stopped at Chuck E. Cheese since it was Ethan's Birthday. They both were excited to get to go there!

Our Big Catch

Dad and Deanna got fishing poles for Riley and Ethan for their Birthday. So on Sunday we decided to try them out. First, they fished in our pool.

Then we went to Big Daddy and Dee Dee's house to do some real fishing!

Ethan caught the first fish.

We think it was a Drum Fish.

Then, I caught this baby fish.

It took a little while, but Riley finally started to catch some fish.

Nashville City Music Tour

Tim's parents visited us last weekend and we were also celebrating his dad's Birthday. His mom surprised his dad with a plane tour of Nashville. Tim was able to do it with him. They both loved every minute of it!!
